Uplift service

Free Uplift Service for repairing your machine

ScrubVac Cleaning Equipment offer a free uplift & return service for small & medium machines weighing less than 30Kg. (UK Mainland Only)

We mainly repair Nilfisk Machines but can repair any make & Model. Numatic, kerstar, hoover & many more.

To carry out a successful repair, all we charge is £40 labour + any parts you require. We will always ring you with the price before going ahead.

**NOTE** Prices exclude VAT at the current rate

How it works

  • Call us on 01309 676796 or e-mail sales@scrubvac.co.uk with a brief description of what machine you have & what you think is wrong with it.

  • If we agree to uplift, carefully package the machine up & let us know. We will arrange for Parcel Force to uplift & they will bring the labels to put on the package

  • Once we have your machine, we will assess it & contact you with a price for repair. Payment is required at this point by suitable means. We will then return your machine

  • If we recieve your machine & it is beyond economical repair, you have the option of letting us keep the machine & no charge is incurred or you can have the machine returned to you but the £40+vat labour charge is taken before the machine is returned.

  • Turnround is usually 5 working days from uplift, repair & return to the customer. This can take longer if we have to order a part in but we would contact you at this point.

  • The scheme is fully insured & repairs are guaranteed for 3 months. All machines are PAT tested prior to dispatch. **NOTE** we cannot be responsible for poor packaging from the customer resulting in damage to the goods. Please pack it carefully.
